Yosef head

The Yosef trademark communicates Appalachian school spirit. Used on a wide range of informal print, product and Web applications. The Yosef Head trademark is also the primary athletic mark.

Usage guidelines

  • The Yosef head should be used when a bolder, more informal look is desired, particularly by student groups and alumni organizations.
  • The Yosef head is a registered trademark. The ® symbol must be applied when printed on merchandise.
  • The Yosef head trademark must be reproduced from official artwork.

Incorrect usage of the Yosef head

  • No color substitutions allowed.
  • Do not reverse the positive version.
  • Do not apply drop shadows or bevels to the mark.
  • Do not stretch or distort the mark.
  • Do not resize the elements within the mark's configuration.
  • Do not apply to backgrounds that diminish the legibility of the mark.
  • Do not flip the orientation of the mark. The Yosef head must always face left.
  • Do not use versions of the mark obtained from web pages other than the approved download page.
